Got me out of a sticky situation
First of all I would like to say I dropped my phone and the tempered glass on it was damaged in a few places and was starting to peel away. This comes in a nice little kit that has the screen protector, glue, foam pads, two plastic ends and a wedge. You put two foam pads on the back of your phone and make sure it is on a flat level surface, you then cover up power button, volume buttons, camera and speaker. The kit has two plastic end that your fit to both ends of your phone which protects the top and covers the bottom sim slot, charging port and MIC.The wedge is placed through the top slot so the screen protector sits on it, You then squirt the glue on your screen after thoroughly cleaning it and then pull the wedge out allowing the screen protector to gently move in to position, at this point if there any bubbles you can push them out, if the screen is in wrong place you can move it about as the glue does not set.Once in place and there are no bubbles and you are happy with the position you than have to use the UV light to set the glue. Once done, the screen looks like new.The reason I have given it a 4 star is that there was too much glue in the tube and when the protector settled, too much glue leaked out of the sides, top and bottom of the protector, it took a little while to remove the glue to ensure none had passed through the foam pads and carefully wiped away from the front camera. I then used the UV light to slightly set the sides of the protector and then removed foam pads, once that was done I then had to remove excess glue wiping away from buttons, sim slot, charging port and MIC (I might not have needed to do that but I wanted to be 100% sure).Once happy I used the UV light to set the rest of the glue all around the edges and screen itself. Don't expect to just place the glue and screen on and all will be ok, make sure you watch the youtube video the instructions provide. If there are any problems with how effective this is in the future I will report it here. As it's early days I cannot advise on the quality but it looks new and functions perfectly fine.

Perfect screen protector WITH ONE VERY BIG ISSUE
I have been using this screen protector for the last two years (in those two years i've gone through two of them, this was my third) and I could not fault it in any way until two days ago when i tried to remove this particular protector from my Mate 20 Pro after I dropped the phone and the protector cracked (screen was fine which is a huge +). Whereas before the protectors would simply come off the screen if you pried one corner up, this one was quite literally cemented to the phone screen. No matter what I did, it just kept shattering into glass dust. I even took the phone to my huawei service center in my city to remove it, they couldn't even make it budge an inch.In the end, I had to take a miniature flathead screwdriver and a hammer to the screen, chipping away at the protector, trying to get underneath it to remove what chunks I could. THREE HOURS LATER i finally managed to get the last of it off and cleaned the glue off with a flat metal spudger and some nail polish remover. This is not necessarily a negative review, maybe I cured it for too long with the UV light when I was applying the protector? However my experience over the last two days has been pretty fraught, it was so bad that i was on the verge of paying Huawei £200 for a whole new screen!!However, both I and my wife use these protectors on our phones and they have been absolutely perfect up until two days ago. I would still thoroughly recommend them, and will probably put another one on tonight. I would just maybe follow the recommended UV curing times EXACTLY this time around, and it would be good for the manufacturer to put a warning not to over-cure the glue. Also i just want to add how impressed I am with Huawei's screen. Three hours of fairly heavy chiselling away at this protector with a sharp screwdriver and a full size hammer, and not even a scratch or a chip on the phone screen itself. Absolutely blown away with the quality of the phone screen.8/10 great experience overall with the above exception!

Application is messy but the result is worth it
Summary -It took 2 tries to apply it (note that only 1 is included in the pack), but they were very good about sending me a free replacement. The first attempt was easily removed. Now the 2nd has been applied, the screen is fully edge to edge and undistorted, lovely image. Fingerprint sensor works fine. Can't speak for durability yet of course but I'm very clumsy so it won't be too long!Application -My boyfriend watched the video first and it seemed straightforward. All materials are provided to clean the screen, which is important to prevent any air bubbles in the glue. You are given a sticky piece of plastic to protect the ports and back of the phone. He then applied the glue to the entire phone screen. The issue with the first attempt was when pouring the glue into the middle of the screen; it's a very oily glue so if the surface your phone isn't perfectly level be prepared for it to roll rapidly off the screen. This meant he lost a lot of glue so it was impossible to stick the entire screen down. On the 2nd attempt, we tested surfaces in the house to check they were level. After we poured the glue on, it again made a break for the edge of the screen but this time I was there to help and tilted it back before we lost any. After that you just drop the protector into the middle of the screen (don't push it down). The glue then spreads out on its own, and you can move the protector gently to spread the glue if needed and to put the protector in place. Then simply use the light provided to set the glue.Result -After 1min the protector is set hard with no air bubbles. All areas of the screen are as highly sensitive as before the protector was applied. The edges of the screen work fine and so does the fingerprint sensor - which I had issues with on other glass protectors. The protector can't move or lift up so works well with the clear gel case I've used whereas others lifted up at the edges. It also gave a nicer image than other ones I've tried with no distortion or bubbling.Overall, it's messy and I'd recommend you get an extra pair of hands to help you, but it is worth the hassle.
