This works so much better than the straps only,,for me i used one elastic strap on top but put the bag inside the leg sleeve,,very comfortable,,the one elastic strap helps everything stay in place better.....

Work as advertised!
Holds the foley and bag in place. Less use of tape needed. Does away with the useless straps that come with the bags.
