PrepSolutions Progressive International GMMC-680 S'Mores Maker Microwave, red

I absolutely love this smores maker. It makes perfect gooey marshmallows, melts the chocolate the perfect amount, and keeps the crackers crunchy. Its very easy with little mess, but cleaning it is also very easy. Fast to make and very affordable and compact enough that it won't fill your kitchen with another huge appliance. Perfect for children, it doesnt get hot and makes two at a time so you won't overdo it but it is also fast to make more. Where I live it rains frequently so this has been the perfect way to make the smores I've missed so much! The product actually arrived a day early also and in perfect condition in a box.

I bought this as a white elephant gift--and while not totally practical--it does prevent the marshmallow from rolling off the graham cracker!There is something to be said for not needing to: 1. Watch the marshmallow to see if it is about to roll off the graham cracker, and 2. Not needing to wash the microwave turntable after the marshmallow escapes the graham cracker platform. And yes, we do make microwave S'mores quite often (no blackened marshmallows).

What a weird item! I bought this as a gift for my younger sister and we were delighted to find that it comes with a booklet that suggests other things you can microwave in smores-style combos. It's a little flimsy, but great for kids who like kitchen experiments.

I love s'mores (who doesn't!?!?). I would make them in the microwave when it's winter and I'm not camping and never used a s'more maker because seriously, who needs that!?! But I recived one for Christmas and I loved it! It was awesome!! It makes perfect s'mores and helps the marshmallow from becoming out of control. I have bought these as gifts for others, and they have the same response I did. Who knew?!?

If you're worried about this being gimmicky, you shouldn't be. My wife loves S'mores so I got her this for Xmas. It works as advertised - the marshmallows and chocolate are both heated to the ideal consistency.It's even got me eating S'mores, and I was never particularly fond of them before. Probably cause my marshmallow always catches fire, which is yet another issue solved by this product.

Makes a nice and funny gift! I put this together in a gift bag with a bag of marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars. Anyone who's a fan of s'mores will enjoy this. It works and is a quick fix for that sweet tooth, plus an easy clean up.

I bought this to give away at a white elephant exchange. It came in a timely manner and was really cute! The guy that got it took it out of the box to check it out. I thought there would be some spring system or something so that the arms would "smash" the s'mores as they melt, but no such luck. There is no tension in the arms at all.

This is a great little gadget, perfect for when you cba to light a candle, fire or BBQ but need smores.I'm a little bit annoyed about how often you need to change the water but its a small price to pay for happy kids and adults.
