Also, reviews said ran large & can stretch. Stamp in shoe & on plastic attachment was size 7. Did get my feet in them but too short & tight. Might stretch with wear but the elastic band on top of arch gave no give and material seems stiff. Don't know why listing shows size 7/8 when 8 did not show anywhere on the product. Maybe some people get size 7 & others size 8.
