Winch Bar Ratchet Combination

The ratcheting mechanism is trash save your money it broke after 2 uses.

I am copying and pasting the previous consumers review because my experience was the same..."I purchased this with the hope of making the mundane work of tightening straps easier and quicker.Oddly this does neither as it adds more time, effort and aggravation to my job.First... The process of attaching the bar with the pin is time consuming and difficult depending of where the is pin is placed and how low the trailer sits.Second. The rachet gear size is so large it literally takes almost a half turn to get one click or a 1\8 turn of tightening.Plus this product will not take a hard pull as the gears will bend the reversing/directional tooth making unusable.I honestly wont recommendation this product and hope the manufacturer goes back to the drawing board as this is a major failure."
