How's it for disabled users? My back ain't what it used to be. I need something that is thorough yet manageable.

I also have a bad back and knees.  The machine itself is very easy to handle and does a wonderful job cleaning my tile and grout lines.  I just wish that it also sucked the water back up because once you have scrubbed the floor with the machine, then the back-breaking work begins.....mopping the water back up!  I do not, however, regret my purchase!

Is this a wet scrubber?

Yes you bet it’s a wet scrubber.  In the image you can see the solution tank that is mounted on the handle; it’s removeable for ease of filling and cleaning, too.

Customers should view this as a GREAT all-around scrubber / polisher because it has dual pad drivers that use either pads OR scrub brushes.  When used on CARPET it’s primarily for keeping carpets in shape between full extractions.  It does not pick UP water/solution, so carpets need to dry after use, however it requires very little solution to get the job done with dual rotating brush heads.

How would this work on a rubber gym floor?

Not sure, Kelli.  The brushes are pretty stiff, so could leave a pattern in the floor.  However, it does come with a pair of softer brushes that are supposed to only be used for shampooing carpet.  I'm not going to be shampooing carpet with this machine, so I used to buff my finished garage floor and these softer brushes might be better for your rubber gym floor.
