Clinique Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm in Black Honey | Sheer + Lightweight Moisturizing Lipstick

Legend has it, there have been 7 tubes of Black Honey sold everyday for the last 20 years. I bought the 8th tube. I understand the draw! I've worn it exclusively for 2 days on my 64 year old lips and it is great! It is very sheer, hydrating and has a satin sheen. It's a perfect neutral shade that will match almost everyone from alabaster pale to deep latte tan. As a sheer tint, it doesn't hold up if you eat or drink, but does stay soft & satiny for over 6 hours. It DOES NOT dry your lips! Is it worth $25 per tube? Since it can go from work, to after work and dinner later, reducing those 4 lipsticks you carry down to 1 slim tube....yes, it's worth the price. I will be buying more!

I don’t care what anyone says—this is the perfect lip color for EVERYONE. It’s honestly like magic. Somehow it seems to conform to your individual skin tone and becomes the perfect shade for YOU. Both of my sisters have tried mine, and it looks different on each of them, yet absolutely gorgeous on all of us. On my olive skin tone, it is incredibly flattering and gives me that perfect sheer wash of color without looking heavy or overdone. The formula is lightweight and feels more like a lip balm than a traditional lipstick, but you still get that beautiful hint of color. And can we talk about the packaging? Love all the colors and texture! A great mix between lip balm and lip stick that's hydrating. Great everyday colors. 1 star off because the smell... the smell is like lipstick back in the day? Wish they made no scent or scents like rhode, patrick ta, or summer fridays. Overall, if you're contemplating click purchase you won't regret!

This lip tint goes on smoothly and has a fine tip for exact placement. It has a slight tint although the color appears quite dark in the tube. It wears well and is great if you are looking for a more natural look. It has no taste and application is smooth.

THis is the most popular colour in the country, perhaps the world. It looks so dark but really lightens up once applied. It also mophs to one's skin color and matches. However, I am a weird color and it didn't really work for me. I purchased as a gift for my olive skinned friend and she immediately objected that it was too dark. i convinced her to try it and she loves it . Has purchased it may times. For me , it;s a NO, but for her, KIZMET!

Alexa said these are full size products. I know that the lip liner pencil is NOT full size. Red box in photo is what you will receive. The other photo is of box for full size lip liner. 14g vs 24g is 58% which is significant. I don't know about the other two products. This set is good if you want to try all. I wanted to try the lip balm because it is so popular. Unfortunately, was disappointed in texture and color of both pencil and balm. I think there are better products for me, but that's a personal choice. I did like the cheek tint and thought it was very natural but you have to use just a dot otherwise too much.

I used to wear Clinique’s Moisture Surge Pop Triple Lip Balm in a few different shades (bring them back please!), so I was sad to see them go. But I had seen their Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm for a while now but finally caught it on sale so I figured I’d give it a try. The tube itself is longer and thinner than its predecessor, which is nice for fitting in my purse’s makeup bag. The product applies easily on my lips, there’s no sticky feeling after, and I can feel the hydration (not quite as hydrating as the Triple Lip Balm IMO). The shade I chose was pink honey, and it does leave a slight pink hue to my lips which is pretty. It’s definitely nothing drastic, which is exactly what I was expecting. I do like this Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm, but I miss the OG. I know times change and products get updated, but maybe Clinique will bring them back for a time as a limited edition. I have a few OGs left at home (2 unopened and 2 used almost gone) that I don’t want to touch because I’m worried I’ll never be able to replace them again. Regardless, I’ll be purchasing the other two shades of this current product just because I like the hydration and subtle color they give. Black honey is next on my list!

¡El mejor bálsamo que he comprado! La textura es suave, el color es increíble y la hidratación es muy buena. He batallado muchísimo buscando bálsamos que no resequen más los labios y no había dado con uno tan bueno como este y que además te deje un color súper lindo. Diría que es el mejor que he probado y el único que seguiré comprando. Definitivamente he quedado tan encantada con este producto que encargué otro para ya. Eso sí, el color no dura mucho, pero puedes retocar las veces que quieras ❣️.

Ho provato il Clinique Almost Lipstick e mi è piaciuto soprattutto per la sua resa molto naturale. È un prodotto che trovo perfetto per tutti i giorni, quando voglio dare un po’ di colore alle labbra senza avere l’effetto intenso e deciso di un rossetto tradizionale. La texture è molto piacevole e scorre facilmente sulle labbra, lasciandole morbide e confortevoli. Il colore è modulabile: con una sola passata l’effetto è molto leggero e discreto, mentre aggiungendo qualche passata si può ottenere una tonalità più evidente. Proprio questa caratteristica lo rende molto versatile. Mi piace particolarmente l’effetto finale, perché sembra quasi un balsamo colorato ma con un aspetto più curato. Dona alle labbra un tocco di colore e una leggera luminosità, senza risultare pesante o troppo costruito. È ideale anche quando non ho voglia di truccarmi molto ma voglio comunque avere un aspetto più curato. La durata è nella media per un prodotto dalla consistenza così confortevole: dopo aver mangiato o bevuto è necessario riapplicarlo, ma per me non è un grosso inconveniente, anche perché è facile e veloce da mettere. La confezione è inoltre molto elegante e compatta, quindi è comoda da tenere in borsa per i ritocchi durante la giornata. Un altro punto a favore è che non richiede particolare precisione nell'applicazione. Essendo trasparente e modulabile, anche se non si ha uno specchio a disposizione è difficile fare pasticci. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto molto. È un rossetto semplice da usare, confortevole e perfetto per chi cerca un risultato naturale e luminoso. Un prodotto che trovo particolarmente adatto all'uso quotidiano e che sicuramente continuerò a portare con me.
