Really good customer care. Had difficulty receiving the downloadable information, but the seller kept in contact until we received it. Those instructions/information were the key to the successful use of this spiralizer. Product is well made and works beautifully. My girls loved helping mom make dinner and were willing to eat something new because they helped. Would recommend this product AND this seller.

This product does almost nothing of what it advertises.Description states "EASY-TO-USE DESIGN - simply insert Vegetable and turn whilst applying a light pressure (similar to sharpening a pencil)". There are two sizes for slicing. The smallest size is useless. I have yet to find a vegetable that it will slice. The larger size will do zucchini and yellow squash okay but light pressure will not get you pretty strands shown in the picture. This unit will not cut carrots. Tried multiple time to do so, and even after reading all of the tips and tricks, I am baffled as to how they got the carrot strands shown in the photos.Also it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. I have tried both the dishwasher and hand washing. Small pieces of vegetable get stuck in the blades. I had to use a small straw brush and spend 5-10 minutes scrubbing it to get every piece out. Nobody has time to do that every time!Their customer service connected me right away after I purchased the product, wanting me to write a 5 star review, but I had yet to use the unit. I contacted them when I was having difficulty with unit doing what it advertised. They responded once telling that the unit is not designed to slice zucchini and squash on the small setting. Well for what is the small setting designed??? So disappointed with this product. I had high hopes after reading other reviews. Wished I had not waited so long to try my unit for the first time or I would have taken advantage of the 60-day money back guarantee.If you are looking something to make zoodles, keep looking.

Works, however, it's not very easy to use and doesn't make very uniformed cuts. I wasn't impressed with this when I received it, looked older and kind of flimsy. Also, it doesn't come as pictured, no cd, I got an email with links but this seems silly to me, for the recipes.

This cut my zucchini perfectly. Reason why I am not giving it 5 starts is because it doesnt come with a cleaning brush and it doesn't have the Vege-magic name engraved on the side like the picture shows.

The package came with no instruction so I would not recommend it to someone else. Plus you can only use small zucchini and it still doesn't always work.

Received my vege-magic vegetable spiral slicer and HAD to make the noodles with satay sauce (from the bonus recipe book) With two pregnant daughters in their early twenties, we now all need to start eating better. The vegetable spiral slicer makes it quick, easy and fun to prepare healthy meals packed with natural vitamins and minerals. They both want one each for their kitchens. Thanks Kim Atkins

I bought this and never received the cd or recipes I was promised. You have to cut up veges to much to fit and It costs more to send it back so now it's junk

Not heavy duty so hard to work sometimes.
