Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. Well worth the money in my opinion as Keto flu is not nice and in the past I have given up as I can’t handle the symptoms.

I use these to assist with a medicinal ketogenic food plan and they are good. I couldn’t get my regular LoveLife supplement so had to try another brand and these came up. I’m so wary of changing brands however so far these are helping and I feel good.

It was recommended for intermittent fasting ( I.F.) I’ll update soon when I’ve taken it for a week or so.

If you are looking for a supplement to feel more energised, focus and to help your muscles recover after long cardio sessions...look no further! I am a runner and I have always struggled to find a good supplement to avoid that draining sensation after a long run. I have used other brands of electrolytes before, but I have never noticed changes. This time I could appreciate straight away a much quicker recovery after runs, and I also noticed less muscle aching after gym sessions. Highly recommended!

Ordered this product for the first time about a year ago, and was very happy with it. Ordered again a couple of days ago, and upon opening the tub I immediately noticed it’s not at all like that first order was. Some white power was all over inside the tub, was pretty disgusting, certainly didn’t fancy taking any capsules. Contacted customer support, two days later I got an email asking for feedback - however I never received any response from them. Really poor experience and it seems I’ve also lost some money as this stuff cannot be returned. Never buying this product again. And once more the problem is not that there’s a faulty item, it’s the lack of customer service that bothers me.

This product is so important to me on my keto journey. I was having such a tough time adapting. I had muscle cramps, twitches and pain. I didnt know what to do. Okay I never write reviews I'm far too lazy. Even on products I'm super impressed with. But I am so happy with this purchase I needed to take the time to do so. I've been taking this supplement for 4 days now and I am absolutely stunned at the difference it has made in my energy levels and overall sense of feeling well. I highly highly recommend it! I did not realize how deficient I was in my minerals and have been looking for something to help with chronic fatigue which has been a side effect of catching covid back in January. The second day of taking it I feel like a light switch was turned back on. I think this is an excellent product for everyone not just people who are following a ketogenic or low carb high fat diet. I've been dieting and my electrolytes were getting too low, causing my toes to curl up. These capsules are large, but easy to swallow, no tummy upset, and they work.

I felt a difference on the first day when I tried them. I've been experimenting different times to take them and it seems that right before a workout is best. If I take them before, I have more energy during the workout and a much faster recovery. I used to be so tired after brutal boxing workouts, but no more since i started taking these. I can actually do things after the workouts. Also feel very refreshed in the morning and I am not as sore! Great great great product
