Pressure cut-off set way too high, no instructions
This switch seems to be a direct original replacement for my Puma 60 gal. compressor. The old one started leaking air at higher pressures. Two big issues I have. Firstly, the new one would not shut off even as the pressure reached over 160psi. The original Puma went off around 130. I turned it off manually and started researching. The label inside the plastic cap says it is factory set to 135psi - sorry, not even close. Some googling indicated that the two screws next to the motor elec. terminal screws would probably be pressure adjustments. Second issue: no documentation or instructions are supplied whatsoever, and I couldn't find any for this model online. So I guessed that the one with the slotted head was the pressure cut-off, and started backing it out. After about 3 full turns it finally would shut off at 135. So it was way off. I didn't adjust the phillips head screw, which is likely either a cut-in pressure setting, or a cut-in differential.Be warned, as supplied this is not really a safely set-up switch IMO. Watch your pressures carefully when installing and set accordingly.
