MD One Stainless Steel Stethoscope, Adult, Dark Green Tube, Silver Chestpieces-Headset, MDF77709

I'm a 3rd year med student and I keep one at home to take BP, listen to lungs, and practice with. I have a Littman Cardiology IV and ADC 600 Cardiology (which I think is best and have used to pick up murmurs and bruits in a clinical setting) and it's not fair to directly compare this stethoscope to those. BUT, for $40 bucks, this thing is great. It's quite loud, especially for breath sounds. And the headset is comfortable.

THis is my 3rd stethoscope from MDF. I just needed a new color is all. Its very durable and the sound quality is excellant!

My son is an FDNY paramedic, and I bought him a littman and after he lost it 10 years ago I gifted him with and MDF, He loves the MDF so much more, and so this has been his 3rd and always have been MDF. Great quality, excellent durability, value for your money, accessories are included, and the over appearance is nice. MDF stethoscope is the way to go. A gift very much appreciated

The good: It seems to be sturdy and made of quality materials. The earpieces are very comfortable; it's great that it comes with three different sizes - the size makes a big difference on comfort. The diaphragm and bell rotate with a firm click - it has a positive feel to the detent. The audio quality is quite good, and I seem to get a little more sound through it than with my other less expensive single tube stethoscope. The not-so-good: When I took the unit out of the box, I noticed debris under the diaphragm. I had to take the diaphragm apart and blow it out with air as there were several pieces of some brown particulates in the diaphragm. I also noticed that the diaphragm bell appeared to have a small amount of haze from a polishing compound that had not been properly removed. This does not speak well to quality control or to the environment it was assembled in.

Am a nurse and this works amazing. Good quality and heavy.

Buena calidad de auscultación. Adquirido para sustituir a un Littman y apenas he notado diferencia. Viene con recambio de membrana y olivas de tres tamaños. El sonido es perfecto probado en distintas situaciones para uso veterinario.

No me gustó , no se escucha como un litteman. Además ni me devuelven el dinero porque ni me contestan.

Works well, long enough. The acoustic performance is better than I had hoped.

Amazing! Was never too sure about MDF as I've always had litmanns but this is just as good! Plus their colours and bright which I like. Will definitely be sticking with MDF now, also great value for money!
