Most massage tables can easily hold up to 300 lbs. If you are working on a heavy client adjust the legs to the lowest setting so the weight isn't straining the joint in the leg.

How much does the table weigh?

It's about 33 lbs total, and the weight is well-distributed with a shoulder strap and a handle. It is super well-made, sturdy, and easy to set up and tear down. Love this table!!! I had my husband weigh himself with and without the table. I would say the 33 to 34 lb range is a good one. Definitely not 40 to 50 as one person said below.
