Nice and quiet, plenty of power. Been using it to power my 600 watt 11 meter amplifier and it hasn't missed a beat. I set the voltage to 14.5 volts and using a panel mounted digital volt meter to monitor output there is 0 voltage drop with amplifier wide open. Thinking about getting another one and stacking them together so I can run my bigger amplifier. Some say that it can't be done, don't believe it, I've got 2 50's stacked and it works just fine. Just set voltage separately before stacking and you'll be fine. Also make sure that all your connecting wires are equal lengths and same wire size. I've seen these power supply builders on u tube using up to 8 to 10 of these switching power supplies with no problem for those guys that run some BIG boxes that do 4000 or more watts easily.

Works as described. Only issue is a bit of confusion with the CC /CV settings.... Mine came with a CC dial and the product page never mentioned it having one. Not really a bad thing, just added information on the page would be nice.

The only gripe I have is where they placed the thermal sensor that turns the fan on for cooling.They stuck it between 2 transistors that dont get hot enough to ever kick the fan on.I ziptied it to a transformer because it gets hot when power consumption goes up.It works great now.Sharp looking unit too,for a power supply.Also,I dont get any noise in my radio.

I bought this to power an amp for a subwoofer I put in my gym. The output voltage is so noisy it nearly blew my sub, and constantly cycles the sub with loud line noise. Completely unusable. What a waste of my time and effort.

I have two of these power supplies that were purchased a few years earlier and they worked flawlessly. Good clean output and cool operation. Recently thought i would pick up another to replace a older smaller supply i was using on a radio system and i was disappointed to see the output was quite noisy. My radio was receiving a very annoying interference signal from the power supply that the previous one never had. The new supply also seems to run much warmer than my other supplies that come from the same manufacturer . Evidently something has been changed or this one has a defect. I changed back to my previous power supply and the interference issue disappeared. Not satisfied with this new supply at all. I only considered this supply as a replacement because of past experience and quality......but that didn't hold true this time.

It works but I am still in process setting up my cooling unit for CPU and Refrigeration thermoelectric Generator Peltier Cooler Module Kit .I'll let you all know how well it turns out and post pics when done.
