This replaced the original blanking plate that was a sort of chrome plastic but had quickly worn out.Much better quality as this is made of chrome on metal and should last far longer.

Liked the sink hole covers as they did the job superbly plus they were easy to install .......... most impressed with the product

Nicely made and finished but take my advice and ditch the O ring, instead put a ring of silicon mastic on the back of the cover and proceed from there, very easy to fit and they look good too.

Old one was peeling so it made the sink look naff. Installed it in five minutes and loos really good

I have used some double-sided tape cut into a circle, put the rubber washer on the tape, carefully put the cover on the rubber, and (over)tightened the plastic nut to make the cover flush with the sink.Because, I think, white flat rubber attached below the cap is too thin to stop leaking, black rubber washer looks like for the plastic nut but it does not stay there, and the whole thing keeps moving while tightening. My solution was using a double-sided tape and put the rubber on the sink; not under. There is some design error in this product but it worked for me.
