Women's Casual Maxi Dresses Sleeveless Striped/Solid Cotton A-Line Maxi Long Dress Summer

Cute dress! I'm 5'5", 175 lbs, size 10 in pants and dresses, 36C, and size medium or large in shirts. I ordered the large but will be exchanging for the medium as the large wasn't quite fitted enough for me. It looked like I was wearing a mumu nightgown, which is not what I was going for with this look. The length was just a bit long, so I'm hoping it will be perfect on the medium. Colors were great. I was a little unhappy with the stitching though. The sections seem to pucker a bit, but you can't notice too much since the dress is flowy.

I ordered a medium. It's a little big on my around the rib cage area right under my chest but I am pretty small around my ribcage. For size reference I'm 5'3 160 lbs and carry most of my weight in thigh and butt area. Length is great not too long and can wear with flats and it won't drag. 34 DDD bust. I would've probably ordered a small but the medium is ok.

When it's summertime, I love to wear long maxi dresses anytime I can! Most of the time I wear them to church on Sundays but they are versatile so I can wear them really anywhere. I had purchased a couple in chevron prints last summer and wanted to look for a different style to mix my wardrobe up a bit. I found this dress and loved the colors and style so I decided to give it a try.This dress is a long maxi dress and comes in a variety of prints and colors. I purchased Color-3, which is a mix of navy blue, red, and white so the dress has a nautical look to it. It's an A-line style so the top part ends just under the bust and the dress flows down to the ground. This particular style that I ordered is made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. I've washed it in with my dark clothes in warm water and then I hang it up to dry. I've had no problems with it either shrinking or bleeding colors. This dress is made in China.For sizing purposes, I am 5'6", 175 pounds with a 36D chest and I purchased a medium which fits me pretty well except for the length. I guess I hadn't considered that I could be too tall for this dress but it turns out I am. It goes down to my ankles which is shorter than I like since I prefer my dresses to touch my toes. I wear flip flops with this dress to keep up with the beachy theme and so I don't look even taller. I read several reviews and found some people who were around my size and figured a medium would fit best, which it does. It isn't too see-through but I wear plain color underwear with the dress just in case.Besides the length, the other thing that is strange about this dress is that each color is a separate piece and they are sewn together. After I put it on, I can feel the seams which was annoying at first but I've gotten used to it. It doesn't seem to bother me when I sit down but most dresses that have several colors in the pattern aren't made this way, at least that I've seen. Some of the other patterns on this page may be sewn differently.I was so excited to receive this dress and I've gotten many compliments on it! I wear it to church and it pairs nicely with flip flops and some pretty jewelry. It's shorter than I'd like and the seams are strange but I really like the pattern. I think if you are shorter than about 5'4", this dress will fit you just fine. If you are taller than that, it might not be as long as you'd like. Still, it's pretty and I will wear it until it gets too cold!

I LOVE this dress!! I wore it today to a 4th of July barbeque, and got lots of compliments. I am super short(just under 5'1") with a small frame, and the XS actually fits!! I didn't even have to hem it. It's also great for summer because it's a light cotton material, yet it's opaque enough that you don't need a tank or slip underneath. I can't say enough wonderful things about this dress!!

I’m a curvy medium, so I was expecting this to be the perfect fit in terms of the elastic waist fitting me but it’s quite roomy even still. I’m actually a bit disappointed because it makes me look as if I’m pregnant from some angles. Otherwise, the design and length is perfect. I’m 5’3 and it doesn’t touch the floor.

Super disappointed in this dress. I have it in another color and that one is a soft cotton. This one is a silky, static-y, polyester. It was also about four inches too short but the rest was huge. I went up one size and I was swimming in it. The arm holes were so big. They hung down to my rib cage. I’m not large-chested, but if you are, never fear. This this will fit. I could have quadrupled in bra size and fit fine. I buy a lot of maxi dresses from amazon and this was the second worst one I’ve bought.

Great dress for a short girl! I decided to get my usual size in maxi dresses, a small, and it fits great! I'm 5'1 and weigh around 145 lbs. I won't be drying this dress in the dryer, as I think it'll shrink up and expose my ankles. The waist elastic is a little loose as most reviewers noted, but the dress definitely isn't shapeless and it's nothing a belt can't fix.

For the price this is a good maxi dress. I would normally order a medium but after reading reviews I ordered the small. (I do suspect the medium would have been fine though). I wear an 8 in jeans and bottoms and small/medium in tops normally. I'm 5'6" and the length of this is great - just around the ankles. I hate when they are longer than that because then it makes it hard to walk up stairs or my heels get caught in the hem - so for me this length is good. Its made of a thin poly material (with a little sheen to it).

I am so disappointed with this purchase. The dress looks like it was sewn by an amateur. The seams pucker, and it came with a hole right in the front of the dress! It was shipped from China and has no tags. Worst quality I have ever seen. Such a scam!
