UHF Antenna Compatible for Motorola HT750 HT1250 HT1550 PR400 CP200 CP200D EX500 EX600 CP040 P1225 PMAE4003A PMAE4003 403-470MHz 3.5 Inch (3 Pack)

At work ( a school) we all have Motorola Radius CP200 radios for communication. These things are old. I've been here for 20 years and these radios predate my tenure. They do work though, and are dead nuts reliable for the most part. But the antennas have basically started shedding their plastic coverings. I'm assuming the plastic covered antennas just get fatigued over the years. Getting replacements can be a chore as you have to go through the central office to obtain a replacement, which takes time. After waiting for about 3 weeks I decided to obtain my own replacement antenna. I found these on Amazon, and at only $12 for a 3 of them, it seemed like a good deal. I'm pleased to report that they work well, at least as well as the stock antenna, and fit perfectly. I don't have any real complaints. Keep in mind these are fairly ridged antennas and don't flex much.

I bought these because the antenna issued by my employer with the radio had started cracking, and the one they supplied to replace the original started cracking within a few months. This one is shorter (actually better suited to the frequency our system operates on), works better and feels like better quality than the county issue.

Fists well and work good. Worth saving money than new radios

Placed on old trail / seurity cameras, looks like WiFi with instant send that fools crooks to go somewhere else. Also, excellent Motorola Distance Talk About radio antenna.

For perfectly and prompt delivery.

Great size but poorly made. Cheap hollow plastic, split on the first day on a small drop.

Worked great for office radios

I’ve got numerous radios for work and this antenna is a dream. Fits perfectly and makes it less awkward when you hang on your pants
