Cervena Elk Frenched 2 Rib Rack - 2 x 1 lb

I hate to let people know but these Frenched Elk Ribs are probably the best piece of meat you will ever eat. This is the best price you will find. I thought it was 2 ribs at 1lb. but it's 4 ribs weighing a total of 1lb. I ordered 4- 1lb racks and it could easily feed 8 people at 2 ribs apiece for an elegant dinner. Just remember to just sear them and serve med-rare they will melt in your mouth ( Elk meat should never be overcooked since it's so lean). Cervana Elk is farm raised so there is absolutely no gamey taste. The only issue was the ice packs weren't very cold on arrival but the meat was shipped from a warehouse nearby, over-nite shipping so it was OK. Will definitely buy again.

I decided to give these a try and glad I did, they are very good! Very clean tasting meat and very lean. Cooks great on the grill. I will definitely buy these again! Carefully shipped in styrofoam with dry ice. Well worth the money if you like game meat without the wild taste.

Love these!!! Wrapped in bacon, everyone loves bacon.... grilled on all sides. The wine and the date are your problem. One pound, two 'French-ed' ribs will feed two well. Buy more for later you'll wish you had. Fresh!!! The meat was tender, juicy and not gamey whatsoever.

I thought I recieved a the Venison Loin instead of Rib Rack because of the way it was packaged. The food is awesome and Cristina with customer support was even better. This is a great company to order from and I definatly will be ordering again

Bought this to celebrate the birthday of a good friend who loves elk steak. Our wives are not so inclined thus purchasing s large quantity is out of the question. All things considered, this was a great answer. Prices were not outrageous nor was shipping. Meat quality was phenomenal.

When ever I visited Wyoming and Montana I've always had elk. This purchase brought back those memories as this was delivered fresh and was easy to make, had excellent taste and were just right for the occasion--Thanksgiving. Thank you.
