12018EPCU 12V 1.5A AC Power Adapter for Seagate/WD/Hitachi external hard drive

Replaced a failed adapter. Works fine, doesn’t heat up.

Works great with my old WD 1TB My Book external harddrive. I've had this drive for years, and it suddenly stop working. Turns out the original ac adapter got burnt from an outage, I got this adapter as a replacement and it worked fine. I was sweating with anxiety thinking I lost all my info.

Seriously, what does one really need to say? I had a power supply on an external hard drive die on me, this matched the specs on that old brick, so I bought it. It works as expected, and the price was right.

Cord got destroyed for my external drive so I needed a replacement.Managed to find this for $7.60 which is identical to the power supply originally supplied with the drive and works fine.Seen similar power supplies (that I was unsure about because they were different than what originally came) from $10-15 so good deal here.

This came quickly and saved my external hard drive. I have a Seagate External 5TB hard drive that stopped being responsive - apparently the original AC cable broke because this one made it run again.

Working great so far. Saved from having to by a new harddrive

Iba a comprar un cargador generico pero me puse a revisar las características del cargador con el que viene el disco duro y vi que tiene varias certificaciones y detalles que no cualquier cargador tenía.Afortunadamente Google me ayudó a encontrar este cargador al buscarlo como imagen, porque no encontraba con las características específicas y me arrojó este que es justamente para el disco duro.Me decidí a comprarlo porque la información de mi disco duro es super importante y por ahorrarme dinero o flojera de buscar, no vale la pena perder la información. No lo pienses mucho y compralo.Tardó un poco en llegarme pero funciona de maravilla.
