These are truly excellent products and they deal with the pain very effectively leaving my relative pain free for 2 to 3 hours or more. They are comfortable, soothing and effective and at their best when you remove them from the freezer and allow them to become just a little bit pliable so they don’t feel too rigid. When they are used in combination with other treatments such as a bidet, they have proved themselves to be extremely helpful indeed. These are a very good buy and excellent value for money so I would recommend them without reservation.

I had low expectations for these, but they're actually really effective, even when the gel has warmed up a little. My only criticism would be the fact that it would be nice to have a smaller storage bag or box to put in the freezer and maybe something to wrap them in before putting them in position. I usually find toilet roll or kitchen roll does the trick for this, as applying them "raw" can be a bit too cold.

I have really bad haemorrhoids due to Crohn’s disease and being on the toilet a lot. Diarrhoea can cause these painful blighters and not just constipation as many assume. I took one from the freezer and at first it stung really bad, so I waited 10 minutes and tried again. Still stung but bearable so I decided to carry on. I laid on bed with this ice pack wedges between bum cheeks for about 15 minutes. They did feel much more comfortable afterwards. I wish I could use them all day but life obviously gets in the way. My dislike is putting them back in freezer even after washing them thoroughly it just feels wrong. I pop them back in the thin plastic tray they came in because I feel it keeps the shape correct for next time use. But after using a few times now I think I’ll buy a little container as I feel the shape doesn’t need to be exact and they are pliable when frozen anyway. Overall I am happy with these. Thank you.

Initially, these were great. Gave relief, and easy to use, but then one burst, so was just left with one, and now that has burst too. I would buy more, but at the price, and for how long they lasted, no...just not worth it. Guess it's back to the larger cold packs I have, but at least I know they won't burst!

Let’s just say these weren’t the miracle I was hoping for when my hemorrhoids were at their angriest during pregnancy! They gave me a little relief, but honestly, they were more uncomfortable to use than I expected. It felt like I was applying a tiny, cold slap to an already sore area—definitely not the spa experience I imagined. If you’re desperate for some relief, these might help a bit, but don’t expect them to be the hero you need.

I give 5 stars because this ice pack is a good idea. I was trying ice cube covered with plastic before but obviously it was a mess. I can’t say it has sort out my problem because I have Thrombosed hemorrhoids and it seems more difficult to get rid of it , but defenetly these ice treatment has helpt matching with another treatments prescribed by my doctor. It is easy to use and not unconfortable even they look big. I recommend it.

They work well but don't last. This picture is after 3 days use, and it managed to split whilst in the freezer. I bought them originally as they would be more cost-effective than medicated treatments if multiple uses were required, but with them breaking apart so easily, it's much more expensive and now I have the hassle of returning and finding an alternative.

These are absolute little lifesavers when you are suffering, very well made and robust. I wish you got more than 2 in a pack though. The instructions say wrap in the provided material but there was none included

Une fois congelées, ces pochettes sont moins froides qu’un glaçon ni aussi dures même après de nombreux jours passées au congélateur. Lorsque l’on appuie dessus, elles se déforment. Au début, il est difficile de les appliquer car le froid est un peu douloureux surtout sur une partie de peau qui n’est pas du tout habituée à y être confrontée. Mais si on attend quelques minutes, ça devient supportable. Les pochettes restent froides très longtemps. Le contact du froid fini par apporter un soulagement et une rétractation de l’hémorroïde.

I have an inner hemhorroid that suddenly acted up and can cause excruciating pain. Standing and walking causes it to "slip out." So, going to the doctor, I packaged up 4 of them frozen in an oven mitt and I don't know what would've happened without them. Place in your underwear and slowly sit down on it and your pain will disappear in a minute or so. The cold numbs the pain and takes down the inflammation. Have one ready for the bathroom and use right away afterwards. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Simple, brilliant. Hoping to help fellow sufferers
