but fortunately no damages during shipping
It was shipped from CA in bubble mailer and delivered to CA in 3 days with the basic free shipping. There's no box or cardboard to protect it, but fortunately no damages during shipping. It was shipped with a USB cable, 4 screws/posts.Even though it does not come with any instruction, but it is not difficult to find it with the model number or you can contact the seller to get a copy of that.It is easy to download the relevant documents/software from Lewansoul's site, but not so obvious to the dropbox(link inside the manual). I do run into a problem, where the software listed under the product page is outdated. It was listed as V1.3 on the website, but was actually V2.0 and it has problems. The version in the dropbox is 1.3, which is a completely failure and does not even connect. The V2.0 connects fine, however there are 2 issues. #1, Servo 0 failed to reset when I clicked "reset servo". #2, the group action failed to function correctly for more than half of the servo. After few days, I realized there's another V2.1 software in the dropbox, as well as in the general download page(P.2) in Lewansoul's web site. Both issues described above are fixed with the newer software. I would think the download software on the product page is the latest, but it's obviously not well maintained.Besides the software, there's a protocol document in the dropbox that describes the commands for the serial communication. There're run, stop and speed for the action group, but it does not provide a command to program the action group. It seems the action group can only be programmed through a windows host program. Both the schematics and firmware source are proprietary. I think the manufacture should at least publish the pin out and communication protocol for the peripherals, like "handle receiver", MP3, bluetooth interfaces to make this controller more usable.Have not use the serial to control yet, but this will be my primary usage. Also will need to load up all servos to see if it is actually capable of handling that many servos. Will update the feedback if I run into more problems.

Just what I wanted
Getting this thing to work was surprisingly painless; After going to the manufacturer's site I was able to first download the related PDF that is specific to this model and scrolling all the way to the second to last page of the PDF I found a link to a dropbox with a bunch of resources (other PDFs, software for windows, and more). This was great because as I use linux the software they provide for using this wasn't really an option for me, however I was able to get up and running with arduino pretty quickly by using the library they've included in the dropbox.I ran a few tests with 6 servos and have found absolutely no problems yet; Everything works as expected, I even managed to test the buzzer on the board by drawing too much current from my battery. Additionally I should add that they have a pretty decent youtube channel where they have tutorials for using a "handle" (it's a controller) to play with this, which I thought was great. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product and will probably be buying from this company again soon.
