BBQ Basics pizza insert/pizza ring for diameter 57 cm kettle barbecues (including stone and shovel).

Very pleased with this and this will get a lot of use! Very happy boys and parents! Produces great pizzas - we used lumpwood charcoal with some hardwood kindling to produce the flames and really add to the heat, and some cherry wood chips for a more smoky flavour. Temperature on the Weber lid thermometer was way off the scale so this really gets some heat, even with only a small amount of charcoal as a base. Pizzas cooked in 7-8 minutes although we will be trying with thinner dough (and less topping!) for the next batch which will speed up the cooking process. EDIT - USED MORE CHARCOAL, AND NOW COOKING IN 2 MINUTES! Use dry semolina, plenty of flour or similar on the peel to help with sliding the pizza onto the stone. Instructions to put this together would have been hepful but we got there in the end by searching for a photo online. Cannot see much of a difference between this version and the more expensive ones (which are c£140) other than the non wooden handles. Delivery took 3 weeks (comes from Germany).

Yes, it is what it is - a ring of thin steel - but it does the job perfectly - turned my Weber Kettle into a Pizza oven - raises the grate to the lip of the oven - and a perfectly decent pizza stone and pizza shovel all included for far less than other suppliers of similar stuff. Packaging was cheap cheerful, with all the "bits" bundled into an oversized box, but it's all there, all in good condition, and delivered in 3 days from Germany without any hassles. Perfect.

Absolutely fabulous! Great gift.I bought after attending a socially distanced bbq in the summer and thought it was fab that you could turn your bbq in to a pizza oven.Considering normally pizza ovens are very expensive and this is a steal in consideration!

Fantastic but of kit and really good value compared to other kits. Only difference between this and other kits that are £140+ is the wooden handles so just use the £100 saved and buy yourself a set of £3 welding gloves 🤣. Easy assembled and high quality materials. Very quick delivery from Germany to N.Ireland. I was a bit dubious about ordering as only had one review at the time of purchase but decided to gamble as price was too good. Well worth the money 👌

This is a great addition to an excellent BBQ turning it into a pizza oven. 1st results have been good and its great fun to use.

Absolutely love this pizza ring. Works a treat on my Weber 57” BBQ. Took a while to get here but we’ll worth the wait. Don’t hesitate, get one.

Great, good value set, I can't see how in this case more expensive versions would be any better.

This a ring of sheet steel, a Temperature gauge, a pizza stone and a pizza spatula. The quality of the items is medium, at best. It arrived without instructions (not really a problem) but without all the required nuts and bolts (luckily I had some that were suitable) I'm not sure that the temp gauge is accurate - we burned the first batch of pizzas. The second batch were better once we had a feel for the temperature. It seems expensive for what it is. We can, however, now make pizza at home.
