Aqua Magic Style II RV Toilet / Low Profile / Bone - Thetford 42063

Exact replacement as advertised. Easy to install.

We've just had it installed about a week. First, if you have small children, or narrow hips, the possibility of family members disappearing is real! As some have mentioned, really wide, but we don't have small children and find it very comfortable. It does have a tilt up at the front, but it's not annoying to us. Second, it's quiet. It's replacing a Bravura which, of course, had the handle in a different spot, and was a bit noisy when the pulsing was going on. Also, the AMS has a very light push required. None of it a big deal, but worth mentioning. Replacing Thetford with Thetford, it bolted right in. One point I would mention, the bravura has a high water inlet, the AMS is low, right where the line comes thru the floor. Fortunately? when pulling up a little linoleum, the builders had cut a hole I could put my hand thru. I just pushed the inlet line over, now I have a big hole. But that's an easy fix. Make sure where your inlet line is relative to the centerline of the toilet. It is a bit wide, check your measurements, but our 5th wheel has a downstairs bathroom with plenty of room. a final note, for now, the spray nozzle doesn't get water to the front of the bowl. We are off grid and have about 60psi, your experience may differ. So far we haven't had a problem with the underside of the seat that many talk about, and my wife appreciates the ease of keeping the porcelain clean over the plastic bravura. We'll see. I'll update if we have any issues.

Toilet that came on new motorhome never held water. Frustrating. This one is perfect and east to install.

Very painful worst purchase I ever madeThis is not a home like toilet. I've sat on an RV toilet for two years daily and not a problem. On the new toilet the seat is angled inward which causes you to sink in and the highend of the toilet seat pushes hard into the muscle and nerves.If you are overweight you can't use this toilet. My husband is 157 lbs and he notices discomfort also. I'm in crying pain. It's worst than the standard RV toilet.I called Thedford customer service, they spoke to a supervisor and they said because the toilet is not broke there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got a voicemail. I called again the operator says she did get my voicemail but there is nothing she can do but she'll call in about 40 hours to tell me the same thing. All I wanted was $20 to buy a pad.I rather have my old toilet with flap not working and smell sewage than to feel this pain every time I sit on the toilet. I just don't want to retrieve it from the dumpster. I'll buy a pad. Which will limited my aim area. Had someone reviewed this before I bought it, I wouldn't have bought it. Supervisor and tech called to tell me I would have to buy a new seat or pad and there is nothing they can do for me. That this was designed for a wide audience to sit on. I've never had discomfort on any RV I had visited and used their toilet. That was a couple. or 50 different toilets I've sat on in my life including my old RV toilet. Very wasteful purchase. I wouldn't trust any of the toilets from this company unless you see in person and the seat is not angled inward.
