I got the wrong headphones, and I blame myself for not reading it well enough. But the seller was more than understanding to send me the correct one instead as I sent returned the one I didn't need. I'm very thankful that this seller was more than helpful, and I would say that it was above and beyond requirements. Product quality is what I would expect and easy to put on. I'm very satisfied to say the least.

easy installation took me less than a minute
First item was lost in the mail which was not the seller's fault. Contacted the seller to have the issue resolved and received a prompt response. Was nervous to replace my own beats but considering that Apple would charge me and arm and a leg to replace the ear pads plus the repair I was willing to take a chance. Item arrived as described, easy installation took me less than a minute! Love this!

I like this pad fits good easy to change, I want to buy more to keep in standby, because you never known when gonna need, I use at the gym and we sweat a lot tjat make the pads bad. Give you 5 stars if something ne want to buy go ahead.
