The TomShot brand. Behind TomShot is a team of twelve employees surrounding the designer and founder Thomas Schwender.The history of TomShot began in the late 1990s. To finance his training as an opera singer, Thomas Schwender founded the label TOSH ACCESSORIES. He was so successful with his jewellery creations that, after a short while, he decided to concentrate entirely on his work as a designer. In the year 2001, he moved with his brand from Frankfurt to Berlin, where he opened a shop office in Prenzlauer Bergwith an adjoining workshop. Up until today, every item of jewellery is carefully handmade there. Even the sale of the Tosh label in 2009 didn’t change anything regarding the team or their location, but led to a rebranding of the label to be known as TomShot and to significantly more filigree-style jewellery. Every year TomShot presents two collections at the trade fairs in Berlin and Munich.
