What an awesome purchase. The 4K picture for movies and for gaming (for me the PS4 Pro) is epic. The sound is pretty good on its own, if you want to upgrade that it’s very simply done, I used the ARC hdmi input to connect to my surround set up and it worked without any issue. Set up was easy, I didn’t bother using the Samsung app, I just used the smart remote which works well. A few people have mentioned the annoying smart adverts and other pop ups that slow things down. I agree that these are very annoying but can be easily switched off through the TV’s menu. After a simple YouTube search, it took me less than a minute to do. The edge of the screen is super thin so it looks very slick mounted up on the wall and when mounted it’s still easy to reach the inputs which is handy. Finally the delivery was right on time which I appreciated. Before purchasing I did a fair bit of research and went to view screens in various outlets. Sure, if you have a much bigger budget there are some screens out there with a slightly better picture (mainly on how they handle shades of white on white) by about 15-20% but let’s face it, unless you’re watching the Winter Olympics and want to see the individual marks in the snow I think you’ll be fine with it.

This Samsung 65" was an upgrade from a ten-year-old Sony 46", and I am SO pleased with the decision to shell out. The smart features are a delight - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Playstation, all accessible from the home menu, and work perfectly every time. Picture quality is fantastic, sound quality pleasingly good for such a thin TV (haven't bothered getting an additional soundbar or surround sound system yet - threw the old one out with the old TV), and the remote is simple and very effective. A very happy customer :)

Did a lot of research before buying this TV. Really pleased I stuck with Samsung. Amazing picture and quality. Took 2 of us to set it up on the stand but looks good and no regrets.

In asian channels video and sound quality is not good and always need to use high volume otherwise not listening properly .sounds not like sony and most irritating thing is when we use any button and lady speaking everything everytime didn't like this things× Edit:-i found a settings for voice and turned off now feel better when you watching your favourite show.not missing words anymore. With speakers or soundbar more enjoyable.

The TV came quickly and was brought into my house for me. It was very easy to unpack and assembly, but due to its size two people are needed. I am delighted with the quality of picture and the ability to record or pause live TV. I have generally found the TV user friendly to operate.
