Large quantities can be irritating and can depress the nervous system, but any amount found in food products and supplements will be minimal at best.

Will this make my homemade keto chocolate which is mostly oil. Not so oily? I have the taste down but i cant get past the oily feel in my mouth.

Yes, it seems to me like it helps with this kind of thing. I use it in keto shakes to keep the oil from separating back out.
