It was designed to keep the benefits of using traditional leather while also making up for the problems. Regular upkeep is not needed to prevent LeatherSoft from drying out and cracking or to get rid of the scrapes that occur from heavy use, unlike a traditional leather. Since LeatherSoft does not contain vinyl it will not get hot when used, or flake over time as a result of constant use. LeatherSoft is also very easy to clean, requiring only a damp cloth. LeatherSoft is the perfect solution for getting quality without sacrificing comfort. It took about an hour to put together both the chair and the ottoman. All of the pieces were in the box and the job was not difficult. The leather is not the higest quality, but I also didn't pay the highest price. I do have lower back pain, so with the lumbar pillow I have, it is just right. My kids thought it would be overstuffed - they wish it was comfier. It is exactly what I needed - and if they don't like it, they won't fight me for it! Good for the money so far. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/90311591-delacora-bt-7818-vin-gg-41-inch-tall-wood-framed](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/90311591-delacora-bt-7818-vin-gg-41-inch-tall-wood-framed) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
