...and so far so good. Have ordered generic refills before and had issues with the chip functioning to the printer but thankfully no issues. Not much you can say about toner....it either works or it doesn't....but I really depend on Amazon reviews before purchasing and can assure you these do work.

I thought buying these was a stretch and I was right. They didn't work because the printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 had already had a firmware update causing it to recognize that the "re-manufactured" ink cartridges were not true HP Original. Make sure if you buy these that your printer has not had a firmware/update. I'm pretty sure that it's mentioned in the item description.

Does not work in my HP printer every time I try to install it tells me to take out and install correctly. Terrible I would not of given a star at all if I could have. What’s worse is you can’t contact the seller to return or get s refund.....

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  If the printer will except the sink, it works wonderfully. However, some printers will not read the ink cartridges as being something usable. That is the problem I have. We had a funeral, did not have time to address this because the more important matters, and it’s too late now to return it. So I have to buy just one Inc. I’m going to give it another shot in hopes that it will work.

I had an entire batch that did not work with either of my Hp OfficeJet Pro 8740 printer. Unfortunately, since the return window had closed before I used them, I was unable to get a refund. I will not purchase this brand again.

Replaced the black cartridge and its defective. Printer keeps giving me and error message and wont allow me to print until i replace the cartridge. Just to make sure I opened up the magenta and replaced it even tho the ink level was still good on my old cartridge and the magenta is also defective.Not going to bother trying out the rest. that is 2 out of 4 cartridges that are bad.

used this ink very satisfactorily with my Canon printernow I have an HP used this brand again & again its greatlasts a long time perfect colors no smearing
