Women's Thick High Waist Yoga Pants Workout Leggings

I’m really happy I tried these THE GYM PEOPLE thick high waist yoga pants. As a man who enjoys wearing women’s clothes, finding leggings that fit comfortably, look good, and feel right for both everyday wear and workouts is not always easy. These were a great find for me. The high waist feels secure without digging in, and the tummy-control fit gives nice support while still feeling comfortable enough to wear for long periods. What I like most is how comfortable and reliable they feel once I have them on. The material is thick enough to give good coverage, but it still stretches well for walking, running, yoga, or just relaxing around the house. I do not feel like I have to constantly adjust them, which makes a big difference. The pockets are also a big plus because I can keep my phone, keys, or small items with me without needing to carry anything extra. Overall, these leggings feel like a really good fit for me personally. They are comfortable, supportive, practical, and flattering without feeling too tight or restrictive. I can wear them for workouts, errands, lounging, or casual everyday wear, and I feel good in them. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.

These are made really well and pretty thick. They run pretty large I ordered a medium. I wear a Jean size 6 sometimes a 4 and these are even a little loose and there is not a lot of compression. The pockets are great and they are extremely comfortable, soft and definitely seem pretty durable to me. I may have gotten away with purchasing the small and it may have done better with my holding my stomach flatter. I really was just looking for comfort with pockets for the gym and something that was made well that wasn’t too pricey. These are them! I will order again they are fantastic and the quality is there. It’s extremely hot in my gym and these didn’t have me sweating any more than my other leggings. I was surprised considering how thick they are. I think the material is great.

TLDR for short attention spans (scroll down for more commentary): they are thick, soft, firm but stretchy, mildly warm, and a little short for a tall girl. Thought about giving it a 4 for that but they are so dang nice I've decided to overlook it. If you are a freeze baby you might want a pair with thicker fleece and likely not rate this a 5 for that. They will hold you in like a soft hug. Nice! The real review with all the important details: These are very nice leggings. The material is thick and substantial, not flimsy or see through like so many leggings. They are super soft as well, both inside and outside. There is a thin fleece lining. It was so soft but I almost couldn't tell it was there (but that contributes to the thickness so, duh)! Since I run super hot I think these will be fine, but some will wish the fleece was thicker I'm sure. Might not be thick enough to sit on cold bleachers without a blanket. They have a pocket on each leg that will fit a huge cell phone, but there is also a pocket on the waste at the small of the back and my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra fit caseless with room to sparea. With my thick case and a pop socket on the back it also fit. Snug but none of it was sticking out. Nice touch! The thickness of these pants feels so good and is very supportive without being too tight. There is TONS of stretch! I am 5'9, 163, apple shaped and carry all my extra lbs in my waist. I don't have a long torso and it went all the way up to my ribs, with some compression but because of the stretch SUPER comfortable! The waistband is thick and doesn't dig or roll, bonus for us girls with a belly! I got a medium and for a second thought they would be too small. They look small but have Hella stretch! If you like your leggings very tight but not uncomfortably so, and are even a little between sizes, size down. It is a little short for my long legs, but that's the life of a tall girl. I wish they were an inch longer but because they are we so nice I'll keep them. The price for the quality is great! I plan to wear these to a football game this weekend and it is only supposed to be in the low 30s. I'll try to remember to update this (I mean actually. Not like all the times someone says that and you notice it has been 4 years since that initial review there is no update. Gah). Thanks for reading! What did I miss? I wear these for work and they are the best leggings ever. Unbearable Comfort. Great support. Pockets are a huge convenience. The fabric is strong yet soft. Very good investment.

I’m 42, and apparently my leggings have entered their blue leopard era—roar. 😂 These are adorable. The fabric has a pretty, slightly shiny finish and feels thick and substantial without being so heavy that I’m roasting in them. Even better: they passed the squat test. No surprise show happening back there. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 158 lbs and ordered a Large. They’re a little loose on my frame, so I’d personally size down next time. They’re also a tad long on me, but rolling the bottom under fixes that easily and still looks cute. I wore them with a simple black top and loved the combination—the print is fun without making me feel like I’m trying to dress 20 years younger than I am. Would I buy them again? Absolutely. I’d just order a size down next time. Cute, comfortable, squat-proof, and a little wild. 🐆

The quality is there. I love how soft they are. The color is on point. But it loses its rating (for me) based on the individual elastic at the top. It’s too compressing and thin and cuts into my stomach. I’ve never owned yoga pants that had that and I’m not a fan at all. I have a smaller waist so I don’t know how people can stand that if they have any thicker than mine.

I love these leggings. I wear them everyday in my work from home job and for hiking/walking. They are comfortable, have great deep pockets, are not too thin, are stretchy, and do not fade or show any signs of wear after 5 years. This black pair is the most recent color I've bought but I also have burgundy, grey, green, and blue

These leggings are comfortable, stretchy, and have a nice thick material without feeling overly heavy. I really like the high waist and how well they stay in place while moving around. They’re great for working out but also comfortable enough for everyday wear.

Love these leggings. Fit well, stay in place even during high intensity workouts and very comfortable. I bought several pairs, and will likely come back for some more.

I really like them but for me they needed to be a bit longer in the legs. Mind you I have very slim calves and ankles, perhaps if they were fuller they would hold the fabric down. Definitely buy more!
