Only holds a couple of days of water
I'm using it for cat grass; I have a similar planter specifically for cat grass that's larger, but it's been discontinued. The plus: nice wide base means the cats can't easily tip it.The minus: there's not a lot of space between the base of the planter and the bottom of the reservoir, so it only holds a couple of days of water.

African violets are thriving
I love African violets and these pots help them thrive. Simple to use with the water wick and watering "window" at the top of the inner pot. Get some good African violet potting soil.

Small. Not what I was looking for
They are cheap plastic but doesn’t look bad. You can see when the reservoir is empty or too full. I feel like I would have to keep lifting the plant to check water level. It’s also smaller than expected. The small plant doesn’t fit properly. I’m returning and will keep searching for something better

No Instructions
There were no instructions with the pot and looking on line I found different self water systems which weren’t helpful.

Perfect for my Pilea
I got this set for two new Pilea plants that I purchased in the fall and honestly had no clue how to take care of. This made everything so much easier for me and I never worry about over or under watering them. I also got a plant light for them and they’ve been thriving.

Likey, likey, likey!!
LIKEY!!! What's to tell you? Not much except, it is what it is...what you see, what you read, is what you get. It's simple folks, it's a cube-shaped plastic plant holder that holds water for self-watering plants. End of story, not much more to know....see for yourself. Order them....As far as price, it was fair....I would have priced them at $6 maybe $8 dollars. Not worth more than $2 each...but prime delivers for freeeeeee. so.....You an laze around on your butt, and have these delivered to your feet, like a king....Not that I am trying to encourage ANYONE to laze around on their butt...In fact, get off your butt!!! When's the last time you got up and out??!! Well, then, it's TIME!!! Oh!! And don't forget to patronize your local ma and pa retailers....Do you really want to live in an anti-social, non-community based planet and have your soul devoured, without you even noticing, by CORPORATE AMERICA???

Very cute
I needed something small and square for my windowsill to put some starter plants. These are great. Just a reminder they are small so keep in mind but perfect for what I need!

I quite like them yes
I like them for what they are. Exactly what I needed. Plastic wasn't perfect and there was some dirtiness to the inside of 1 like one other mentioned. But they are sitting proud on the window cill looking good and I quite like them

Great little plant pots!
These are great little pots for smaller plants, and look great on most window sills. Easy to to up the water and monitor how much it already has, I can't really fault this.

Just what the product says it is. Nothing extraordinary.

Self watering aspect causes mold to grow
These look exactly like the product photo, and work as described. However, the self watering aspect allows for a constant moist environment in the soil that is ideal of mold to grow. I did not know this before, and have wet fuzzy mold growing in one my pots :( The water should be emptied out from the base to prevent mold.

Absorbs the water
I like the design of the planter as it looks very stylish and can be placed anywhere in the house and will look good. It is easy to water the plants I have potted in these planters - perfect for my succulent plants.
