Things you may want to know.
I bought the 48" crate a few months ago. Assembly wasn't difficult, but the instructions are not complete.1) The crate came partially assembled, as if it was folded down. But, I had to take it apart to get it out of the box.2) The sides are held together initially with pins that will fall out if you tilt the kennel. Almost the last step adds screws, but the pins will still fall out if the kennel is tilted.3) The hinges are cheaply made. I had to rebend mind to get it to fit with the adjoining hinge. Again, not an issue if you plan to set this up once. Problematic if you plan to break it down and set it back up often.4) There are no instructions for the lock assembly. I increased the magnification of the image and winged it.5) The grate, which is on the bottom of the kennel has openings that are narrow enough to get a dogs tags stuck between them. My dog laid down, her tags went between the grate and she was stuck.6) The flat tray that goes under the grate can be used in place of the grate. I would recommend putting something soft between the tray and the metal crossbars else the tray (which is also metal) bangs around a bit. I like the tray better because I can give my puppy treats after she enters the kennel.7) This kennel did keep my escape artist from getting out.All-in-all it's not a bad investment. I think $220 was a very good price for the peace of mind it bought me.

Damaged Product
The crate itself is sturdy, but the crate came damaged. One of the bars were bent in and the top of the crate was bent and scratched. The bending of the bars caused the paint to chip. I can definitely see it rusting in no time. Lastly, one of the pins that hold the sides together popped out and I can't get it back in with a hammer. Definitely would not purchase again at that price.

The media could not be loaded. Not anxiety proof! Within minutes dog had lock undone and paws caught in slatsAbsolutely not for dogs with any anxiety
