The item was packaged very well in a thick-walled box, with plenty of polystyrene inside to cushion. You have to attach the 4 feet to the base of the riser, and it's set up in a matter of seconds. Not only is there plenty of room for two monitors, but there's room for other things as well. I have my broadband router, lamp and wireless charger on it, with plenty of room for accessories if you so wish. I went for the 10cm option, and as a result, there's plenty of room underneath the stand for accessories, paper/pens, keyboard/mouse etc. You can also adjust the feet, for another 1-2 cm, or to balance on an uneven surface, they really have thought of everything. It is an excellent product - easy to assemble - feels heavy and good quality - looks sleek and does the job well. I bought this to slightly elevate my new 55inch OLED TV - so that I could place a soundbar in front of it (without obstructing the screen at all). Works a treat and is the perfect size. Weight rating in the manual that comes with the product says max weight of 22kg - my TV is 23kg so slightly over - but no signs of any issues at all...that said i will be putting an additional supporting plinth under the centre of the riser just to support further and make sure I have no issues.
