Came with everything we needed
For whatever reason our credit card processor said we needed to have a manual imprint machine on the premises, so we got this one, unlikely we will ever need it though. I did try it once and it worked fine. Half the cards now don't even have the raised numbers so they can't even be imprinted.

Can't return
I purchased this for my office that needed an emergency cc imprint tool. As soon as this arrived, I have NO IDEA how this works. Total waste of money!
