**Q: how can product description say 100% Lamb when the label clearly lists beef as 2nd ingredient?**
A: I don't know which sausages Mrs Lisa Cortes bought because the one's I bought the ingredients on the label are : Lamb, water, paprika,salt, pepper, spices (coriander, marjoram, nutmeg, caraway, allspices ) cayenne, granulated garlic, in natural lamb casing and pork free didn't see beef anywhere on the label. I hope this helps. ( Delices Merguez sausage )
