DONCO Kids Dual Under bed Storage Drawer, Light Espresso

Researched lots of these and this one was the right pick. All others were cheap particle board, and these seem to be MDF. The wood look quality and finish is very good. And the size of these are far bigger than most and fit perfectly (length and height) under my full size iron bed. In the attached photos, there are 49 items in the drawer.There were no missing parts as others have mentioned. However, there were missing pre-drilled holes for all of the wheels on both drawers. It's no big deal as far as starting your own holes with the included self tapping screws, but you have to be sure to measure in at least 1 inch from the end of the board. Otherwise when attaching the backboard, the wheels will be in the way. Additionally, the bottom is made of 2 individual fiberboard sheets joined in the middle with an MDF slat. This makes for a sturdier bottom than just one big piece of fiberboard, but definitely cheapens the overall product.Also, do not be fooled by the name of the color, or the product image. Nothing about the actual color willmake you crave caffeine. The color is orange, and not as dark as the product image would have you believe. I attached a color matched picture so you can see the actual color. I purchased walnut wood grained contact paper to cover them. Normally I would have returned them due to misadvertising, but the size and quality (and price $136) is way better than anything I found, so I decided to make them work for me.Note to MFGR: Update the product color name and it would be to your advantage to offer this in multiple colors - one being an actual dark wood grain with the appropriate name and photos to match. And if you do, I'd appreciate you swapping out my orange ones with the dark wood. Orange is not the new Light Espresso.

UPDATE: I feel like I should get partial money back since I was not able to drill a hole for the dowels that worked. The missing pre drilled holes were easy (but irritating) to do but the bigger holes for dowels was beyond my limited skills. If you don't feel you can drill holes yourself, do NOT BUY THIS.seems like an ok drawer but I really should have believed all the reviews.Mine are missing holes on each drawer so I had to buy a drill because I actually do need the drawers and now I'll have to figure out where the dang holes should be. I feel like I should be owed some money but I do really need them to work so need to keep them. Very disappointing. Keep searching, do not buy unless you are willing to put in some to a lot more work. (color isn't my cup of tea but I was already planning on painting them grey anyway)

The good: These drawers are well made and roll straight.The bad:They are missing pre-drilled holes for wheels and the front face.They are ORANGE. No way are these 'light expresso'. I will have to paint them.Despite what other reviewers have said, they are 12 inches tall at the front including the wheels which wouldn't be bad except we built our elevated beds to specs for this product from other reviewers. Oh well...They took me over an hour and a half to assemble by myself including time to pre-drill the afore mentioned missing holes.

Looks great and it is very roomy. It was very easy to assemble. Used wood glue on the second drawer to make it sturdy. The only concern is that it doesn't feel or look like real pine as it says.

Built out these drawers and was amazed how they looked and pretty sturdy overall.

These drawers work well if you have a smaller house with limited storage. The wheels roll easily over carpet, which I was a little worried about first. The only downside is they scratch very easily. When my son was pushing them back under his bed one corner caught the other drawer and left a deep scratch on the side.

I really like how big and deep it is and the wheels was a very nice feature.

They fit perfectly they were missing some pre-drilled whole but if you pay attention to the other prices it's easy enough to fix
