Absolutely Garbage
Very disappointed with the Anchor doorbell. The unit was defective right out of the box and did not function as advertised. After reaching out to the brand for support, I was surprised by how unhelpful the response was. Despite the issue clearly being a manufacturing defect, Anchor was not willing to repair or replace the product. Customer service showed little interest in resolving the problem, which is unacceptable for a product like this. I would not recommend this doorbell or this brand based on my experience.
