Great product. As a 50-year-old Oma who is active with her grandbabies this product works great. The suggested serving is 3 per day. I only take 2 per day to help the bottle last longer. I like this product as a source of turmeric and curcumin. Tablets that are easy to swallow. I take 3 at a time with one swig of liquid, with no problem. Don't assume that you can take 3 at a time though. I'm able to swallow 6-10 500 mg caps at a time like nothing. :) But generally speaking, they are easy to swallow. Since I've been using it, I can stand and sit with less joint discomfort. This could be why. Disclaimer: I'm a supplement junkie though and take several things that are reputed to lessen joint pain. I'm sure this supplement is one reason why though. We know real turmeric/curcumin has many benefits including alleviating joint pain. I can taste the tablets before I swallow them and they are real turmeric.

It’s packed with everything you need without the extra that most pills offer you like a capsule.. you can take 2 and make tea with it, and take them as you would any other oral pills. The benefits of this is amazing and I truly recommend this to anyone who is looking for “all the good stuff without the extra” and we all know what the extra can be!

This is the best Turmeric supplement that I have tried.

Turmeric was recommended by our Western non-homeopathic doctor. He doesn't believe in a lot of Woo Woo but told us Turmeric is one of the few "herbal" remedies that has some scientific backing and actually helps inflammation. For the past two years my wife has had periodic severe neck pain. She's gone through the works with Western medicine, tried chiropractic, and massage therapy. Massage therapy seemed to help but it always returns. We had nothing to lose so on the doctors recommendation she tried Turmeric. Nothing really changed noticeably for the first month except occasional diarrhea, which based on our research is a known side-effect of Turmeric for some people. She has now been on it for two months and last week she had an Ah Ha moment when she realized the neck pain was almost completely gone and she could turn her head. Full disclosure, she is also still doing massage therapy, but has been doing that for a year. The only thing we know has changed is the Turmeric. We are still cautiously optimistic but this appears to be actually making a difference. Time will tell.
