Good product but the seller is gouging, more than three times the price at retailed stores.

the gelatin
the jello is not firm, they tend to get too soft & it is too expensive. I used it as a topping for fruit salad

Tasty, but a bit firm for my taste
It tastes great! Sweet and almond-y, but missing the amazing soft texture of it's tofu counterpart. I suppose it is agar jelly, after all. Recommend making it in a brulee dish or something for sweets because it'll make the jelly look much nicer :)
