Just have it. It's a wonder herb
The very best product, you can bet on, if you want to be rid of adrenal stress, fatigue or anxiety. But make sure to take only 200-250 mg of the capsule on empty stomach in the morning and that's enough to do the work. And coffee should be avoided for at least an hour before and after. Of course it will be give you results only after 5 or 6 days of intake, and then onwards, it's a wonder-herb, surely. Good luck.

I am pretty busy, so I have to be really compelled to write a review, but I felt it important to share my experience. When I initially tried this supplement I took the entire capsule and it made me irritable, more anxious and drowsy. I almost gave up then but decided to lower the dose to 1/2 a capsule. That wasn't as bad but maybe a little too much so I halved that amount. I either pour it into a shot of water or scoop it into veggie capsules from Doterra. Wow! This supplement has drastically improved my life. Several years ago I developed a highway driving phobia. I started taking 100-200mg before driving, and it kills that physical anxiety response that proceeds a panic attack. I am now able to drive all over town on the highway. I was taking occasionally to help with he driving, and then I noticed that if I took it before tackling a to-do list or doing a task I dreaded that it made it so much easier ;less foreboding. I began taking it more regularly since I noticed that it greatly decreased my generalized anxiety as a whole, yet keeps me sharp, focused, and on task. Most of the time it helps with my lack of mid-day energy, too. I have hypothyroidsim and by 1 or 2pm I am exhausted. Occasionaly that still happens when I take this, but not as much. My husband is a physician, and he hypothesized that my anxiety was exhausting me, and perhaps that's why this supplement helps with the afternoon crash? I am not sure, but it really doesn't matter. A couple more things to mention: this supplement does wonders for one's sex drive and the ability to... well, you know! It makes me hyper sensitive, in a good way. It also decreases my social anxiety and makes me feel confident and competent. I just began to take this regularly after getting the green light from my hubby who "thinks it seems safe"- by the way, traditional docs really don't know much about herbs so take their advice or lack thereof with that knowledge in mind. After taking for a few days in a row I started to feel an eclipse of happiness come into my life, the likes of which I don't think I've felting years. Not euphoria, but just calm, peaceful contentedness characterized by the absence of anxiety. I am hopeful that with regular use I can feel that way most of the time.

I used for 3 weeks and I'm very pleased with the effects
First of all, let me introduce myself since it's the first time I make a review on amazon. I'm from Switzerland and I'm in my fourth year of pharmaceutical sciences in university. I have study botanical and my teachers talked to me about Rhodiola rosea, so I decided to give it a try for 3 weeks in an exam period (sorry for my english).Rhodiola Rosea is called the "tundra's ginseng" because of it's adaptogen effect, this plant is very resistant and grow naturally on mountain up to 3000 meters (9 842 feet) in Europe. I used for 3 weeks and I'm very pleased with the effects.I felt more energy, nothing like caffeine but more like motivation energy and intellectual energy, this has been proved that Rhodiola rosea reduce cortisol and increase concentration.In vitro, studies also show an inhibition of the acetylcholineesterase, this can explain the stimulation effect on the central nervous system.It has also a little effect antidepressant this can be explain because it can have an inhibitory effect on the monoamine oxydases A and B, this study have been make in vitro but recently a study on rat show a clearly improvement on the depression.The most ingredients that have the effects are the phenylethanol derivate called salidroside and the phenylpropanoïdes (rosavine, rosin and rosarine).The brand is good and the shipping was very good.I recommend this product for exam period at school or person that are often stress. Good energy, bad for blood pressure. I have never struggled with blood pressure or hypertension before, but after three days I'm testing at 166/115, where my normal levels are ~130/80. I work out five times a week, and since starting this am having trouble going to sleep at night. I'm in my late thirties.Stay away if you're like me.Edit: company reached out and offered a full refund. Rhodiola belongs to a class of herbs known as adaptogens. Others in this category include asian ginseng, ashwagandha, maca, eleuthero (S/P?), tulsi and some others. All these herbs share the property of assisting the human being in adapting to various environmental stressors. They all help in support of the adrenal glands and kidneys, but each also have unique properties.Rhodiola specifically is great for increasing cardiovascular capacity, whether you are going to be racing, staying in higher elevations or whatever. It will also decrease recovery time from exercise or hard physical labor. It comes originally from Siberia and helped the Russians survive cold winters due to its ability to improve circulation SPECIFICALLY to the extremities. Now my personal experience with Rhodiola is that it is less heating than other adaptogens. I have a hot constitution, so using asian ginseng, maca or ashwagandha in the warmer months for me is a no no. The astringent, rosy flavor from this herb leads me to believe that it posesses less fire than the others and it is also my experience. The only caution I have is that I have heard of people using too much of this herb and getting over stimulated. This has not happened to me, but I think it is worth it to mention. I did not receive any free or discounted products for writing this review.
