Wafer paper, not rice paper
Perfect for what I needed it for (macaroons), but wafer paper rather than 'rice' paper. Ingredients: potato starch, water and olive oil.

Useful for many baking projects
I bought this to do nougat, which was fab. However, my instructions told me to wet it so it didn't move around in the pan which was a big mistake as I couldn't get it out later. (The nougat was fine.) I've used it since with macaroons, with a dry sheet of it on a baking tray in the oven, and it was a complete success. It has no taste and holds well, and can be cracked off where it doesn't connect to any food so your food presentation is still good.
