It taste amazing!

I truly enjoy the flavor of the tea and boy does it knock me out! Honestly I can’t finish an entire cup because it puts me to sleep, HARD. I reread reviews to see if it has the same affect on others and didn’t see this from other people. My husband doesn’t seem to have the same reaction so maybe I’m just sensitive to the herb. It actually makes me feel groggy the next day if I drink 75% of one teacup. I’ve found that just a couple swallows is right for me if I’m having trouble sleeping to avoid next day grogginess. Wish I could drink it more often because I really like the subtle earthy flavor but find its great for me to use sparingly when I really need help falling asleep. Unexpectedly potent sleep aid for me.

I got this to wind down before bed and it actually helps me feel way more relaxed in the evenings. the taste is a little earthy which takes maybe a day or two to get used to but after that it is actually pretty good. no caffeine so you can drink it at night without worrying about lying awake for hours which is huge for me.

I like this tea. It doesn’t make me sleepy but it makes me feel…. Quiet. I drink it before I sleep. Exchange the phone for a good book. I add a little honey or sweetener. I also add a little apricot or peach nectar. The flavor isn’t bad, it’s just different. These days it’s nice to feel relaxed. Oh.. it is organic. It is a good value , and it’s good for us. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take meds. Try it! I bet you’ll feel better.

I LOVE this tea. But, this last batch of tea bags I’ve received (have a subscription), at least 6 bags have either disintegrated, opened up while brewing or were already broken open when I opened the bag. I hope Buddha Teas is aware and fixing the issue. Other than that, the tea is fresh and my sleep has improved.

Good aroma taste stregnth

This was honestly the best tea I’ve had. The flavor is smooth and calming, not too strong or bitter. It really helped me relax and unwind, especially after a long day. You can tell it’s good quality. I’ll definitely be buying this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a soothing, natural tea.

I keep a healthy skepticism regarding purported "miracle" products; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This tea has thus far proved the exception to that rule, with one or two cups per evening having made a noticeable reduction in my high levels of anxiety and stress. It's not a cure, but it's definitely helping me - in fact, more so than virtually anything else I've tried in the last decade. I would absolutely recommend this product!
