Does this get rid of bags under your eyes?

It works for me as long as I don’t use it over moisturizer or under makeup. It is flesh tone so it blends easily. I usually use it when I’m not doing a full face of makeup...when I just need for my eyes not to look so tired.

What foundation can you use over or under this product?

I have found that you can’t use anything over it or under it. It does do a good job of making my bags go away. It has a tint which is nice. I mainly use this on days when I’m not planning on doing a full face of make up.

Did you find this to be of benefit?

I did find that it worked for me. I could feel the tightness of my skin and I kept looking in the mirror not believing my bags were diminished so much. It lasted about 6 hours. I’ve tried several products that didn’t do a thing. This made a big difference.
