430ml instead of 500ml; not well insulated
You can’t fit 500ml in these, it’s more like 430ml. I filled it with boiling water and put it in the neoprene sleeve that comes with it, 10 minutes later the water temp had dropped to 80C and the glass was painfully hot to the touch (the sleeve is very necessary for being able to comfortably hold this thing).So it’s smaller than advertised and it’s badly insulated, but it isn’t a total loss. It doesn’t leak, it’s easy to clean and it *does* keep your drink warmer than just putting it in a plain mug. It doesn’t perform like a proper vacuum flask by any means, but if you know what you’re getting it’s acceptable.Update: I emailed Tealyra support asking if the rapid heat loss was expected or if I had a defective unit, and got this reply: “Thermos of this type cannot keep the highest temperature for long. The main use of a thermos is to keep warm at temperatures of + -70 degrees and below. The use of an insulating cozy/cover is required.”

Easy to break
I loved the product but it took me 2 weeks to break it. The wrapping is not thick enough and if it falls it breaks where the metal part holds the glass. It holds warm things up to 1h. I really liked the size and the option for tea or coffee.

Great product for someone like me who likes loose tea and has to move their cuppa between diffeent locations without burning themselves.There is one reason why this product lost a star flr me and its the stainless steel rim on the lid, this gets quite hot, uncomfortably so but not burning. This would be better as something more heat resistant for when you want to open and have a drink.

This is one of the best products I've bought. I drink loose leaf infusions and this thermos is perfect. Keeps the drink warm for long enough and the infuser works really well. It does leak a bit at the top so best to keep it upright

Fabulous thermos
I just received my travel bottle with integrated filter. Double glass so you can have your hot drink without burning your hands. Beautiful thermos, your water stays hot for at least 2 hours. Very easy to use and great feeling when drinking.
