Looks good and seems to be good quality material. About the same weight as one one. Pretty identical in size. When I first received, the leather had a puncture and it felt loose so I tried to return and buyer sent me a brand new one free of charge and I decided to keep it. Just make sure you don’t over tighten!

Not bad. At first glance it looks good. But when you take a closer look you can see that the manufacturer uses REALLY CHEAP parts to make the shift knob. But my passengers don't notice so I don't mind. If you are picky and you have expensive taste then DO NOT buy this knob. Go directly to lexus. My 2015 ES350 shift gear knob was not only looking old and discolored, the padding on the sides were coming off. This new knob fits nicely, and it definitely looks like it came with the car when I first bought it. I’ve used this for several months and so far no issues. Will definitely get this again once this one gets old in the next several years.

I got one of these a shift knobs for my second generation Lexus IS350. It looks OEM, but had the wrong leather to match my interior. I'm just replacing it for the one with matching leather.

Fits perfect as a replacement for the factory Lexus IS250.

3 months and the leather seam is ripping, poor quality
