I love this travel cup! The design is so cute and it’s the perfect size. Fits in my car cup holder and holds the perfect amount of water for one cup of tea and stays hot for a lot longer than a regular cup. It isn’t overtly “Hey I’m A Huge Harry Potter Nerd”y, so if anybody noticed it was hogwarts they’d have to be a huge nerd too. My only complaint is that, after washing, it holds water inside the double walls. I always forget to dry it right side up and the first time I used it I thought it had a crack. Turns out it was just the water stuck inside it leaking out of the small hole in the bottom. Apart from that, this cup is perfect. It’s definitely one of my favorites.

Nice heavy ceramic. Hand wash only. Lid sucks. But it matches my coasters.

This cup is beautiful, and I love the lid/sliding open feature -- BUT -- it is terrible as far as keeping coffee warm/hot. I drop my kids off at school every day, which is about a 10-12 minute trip. By the return trip, coffee is warm at best. I unfortunately had to return this and bought a stainless steel Tervis instead, which outperforms this one by a mile. Coffee still HOT in the Tervis cup long after returning home.

I loved this mug. It's not gaudy like a lot of other Harry Potter items.However, on the FIRST use, I bent down to pick something up and it fell about 1 foot onto carpeted floors and shattered. Turns out it's not solid ceramic, but rather double-walled and therefore much more fragile. Really sad ):Beware!

It just came in today, poorly wrapped and broken in three places. It is completely unusable.

Lid was damaged on arrival but the cup itself is gorgeous!
