Love this product. High in Fiber.

Gives a somewhat healthier take on a comfort food. Really enjoyed these - the texture of the pasta is pretty much indistinguishable to regular pasta. Possibly a little more al dente, cooking longer didn't seem to change that, but I actually really liked it that way. Many reduced carb pastas have an unpleasant texture or flavor, but not this one

The best brand for low calorie pastas!
I’m loving this brand! The pasta and this Mac and cheese are amazing! You would not know the difference! I’ve been on a diet or I should say lifestyle change for months now counting calories and this brand has allowed me to be able to eat pasta! It is well worth the money!

Maybe use less milk when mixing
Actually edible! I am always wary. I will say I followed the box directions and the cheese sauce was a little too milky so I put in fridge over night. Wasn't quite cheesy enough for me so I tossed a bit of shredded cheese in and re-heated. Couldn't even tell it wasn't Kraft plus the extra melted cheese added an amazing flavor.

Delicious!!
I love this!!!! It’s so tasty. I recommend adding butter even though it’s optional. You could also add some extra cheese but it honestly doesn’t really need it. This doesn’t taste “healthy” at all. Just make sure when you mix everything together to keep the stovetop on or else it’ll end up slightly gritty. Very tasty!

Not the best taste
I cooked this as is, no extra cheese or anything. It was decent but not the best tasting mac and cheese. And it was like $10 if I remember correctly. Not planning ti purchase again.

Amazing Texture and Taste
This Mac and Cheese is absolutely delicious. I ordered this product two days ago and made it for dinner that night. I used olive oil instead of butter and regular 2% milk. I’ve tried tons of pasta and noodle alternatives and a HUGE issue with them is the texture, but this mac and cheese is PERFECT. Seriously so similar to kraft mac and cheese but has 1/3 of the calories and way more protein! I just mixed in salt and pepper and it was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy mac and cheese for fewer calories and more protein :)
