Perfect!
This was exactly as described and I'm so excited to have finally received it. It fits my violin perfectly. I'm experimenting with the shoulder rest placement. Mine does not collapse, but this rests comfortably where it's at now. Violin feels secure and I'm very pleased with the price for all the features it comes with! Definitely would recommend.

Handle fell off
After a year of continuous use for this violin case my handle suddenly broke off my case. I use this as a full time student and I suggest buying a higher quality case for continuous use.

Cannot close case without crushing violin
We were looking for a budget violin case for our son who would be carrying his violin to/from school for orchestra. Nothing fancy, but protective and lightweight with space for his shoulder rest and books. After reading all of the good reviews, we bought this one. Upon arrival, it looked relatively nice for the price, and was lightweight. However, after putting his violin in, the case would not close without pressing down against the top of his violin. The case is meant to protective, not damaging, so we are returning it.
