Super mousse! Gives great volume! Not sticky!

Strength 4 hair mouse is great. It keeps my hair in place without the feeling of stiffness or stickiness. The only reason I took away from the rating is that I bought strength 4 hair mousse. The seller sent strength 3 instead. They corrected the error promptly after I Emailed them, but it cost me time that I did not have. Surely, for the price they're asking they can do better.
