NOKIA 6230i BLACK HOUSING WITH KEYPAD

The order was delivered within 2 days. The keypad was faulty, the main cursor key got stuck under the casing at the top. I really wanted the Nokia black housing, so I have had to use my old scratched keypad instead. No telephone number for the company on the delivery note, just an email address. Sent an email to them asking for advice, to date I never received a reply from them.
