JUMBL™ 17" - 31 Slot Wooden Bill/Letter Organizer with Drawer - Mahogany Dark Brown

The bill organizer although not so sturdy of a product, once assembled works well to separate bills by dare to pay. It came apart during shipping, but was easy enough to reassemble.

This was purchased as a replacement for an older one (different brand) that we had at our business. We use it to store tons of invoices for the materials we purchase each month. We keep the invoices in there and reference them, when needed, then remove them at the end of the month and start again. The old one was an MDF version that had served us well for many years. Eventually though, it started looking really awful, especially after an incident with our A/C unit dripping on it.So when this one arrived, I was happy to see how nice it looked. The outer wood seems very sturdy, but not heavy. I chose the black one, which will be great for our business, and the dates are very easy to read on it. The drawer slides well, and the knob was easy to attach. My only complaint is that the dividers between each date do not extend to the base, allowing papers to slide down into the unit. If they slide all the way into it, it is quite difficult to get them out. You have to remove everything, turn the unit on its side, and get something to try and fish out the paper from the bottom. I can usually avoid this issue, but I have to be careful, which takes more time/concentration. For me it’s a bit of a nuisance, and for the price point, I would have hoped for something more user-friendly. However, I had trouble finding any of these (I guess with automated and online bill payment, these are becoming obsolete), so I’m happy to have a replacement that will likely work okay. Just wish it hadn’t cost so much.

It’s cheaply made! It’s very light in weight. The Drawer doesn’t close correctly you need to use both hands to open and close the small drawer. The product works for what I’m using it for. I decided not to use the small drawer just use the numbered mail slots.

I love that I don't have stacks of mail laying around. I was a little upset when I first got it. It arrived with serval of the slats not in place. So I had to put them together myself. ( no big deal. I just figured it came put together). Plus a little upset #2 I ordered the black finish. Well the outside was black and the slats are brown. I'm used to it now. But it kinda perturbed me when I first got it. I would definitely purchase again if something happened to mine. But it is built very nice and sturdy. Should last !!

I did not like the cheesy knob they provided. So I switched it out with one I had around the house. It looked beautiful. Item is a bit pricey. The quality is decent.In the end it works for me.

I bought this as a gift for someone but I have owned one of these slotted, bill-paying thingamajigs for about 15 years. For me, nothing is better in terms of keeping track of bills (or any time-related matter). When a bill arrives, I look at when it is due, count backwards by 7 and place the bill in the slot. The thingamajig is always within eyesight. I always know the date within a day; and when it arrives and I see bills sticking out of the slots, I take them and I pay them.

It’s “ok”. When I got it at home, the pictures online make it look a little more sturdy. It’s made kind of cheaply. But, it will serve the purpose for what I bought it for.
